I hope you enjoy our rendition of this Steve Winwood classic. Though it’s the only non-original piece on the upcoming album, it’s inclusion felt essential for the dream-like atmosphere it evokes. I’ll never forget the sublime feeling of hearing this song for the first time in high school—its sound and aura have deeply influenced me ever since.

My song “The Escape” has been released into the wild! 🕊️

Singing and songwriting is without a doubt one of the most humbling, grueling, and fulfilling roads one can venture on. I’ve always been most inspired (and intimidated) by this experience, and this album is meant to honor that. I felt this music brewing for a long time and I just wasn’t giving it the time of day — either because I thought it wasn’t good enough, or because it was too different from what I felt was expected of me. But a year ago I’m so happy I decided to trust what felt right and honest at the time by recording these songs. I hope the messages and vibrations in this music reaches the ears of whoever may need it. Here’s to letting go!

It’s a new year and I’m feeling really inspired by some major life changes being set in motion. Summer is calling! 🌞

I’m so very excited to bring my band, Cloud Nova, into the studio next month to record our new album!! This project has been a long time in the making. The music, quite simply, is an attempt of being as open of a vessel as possible, without forcing any unnecessary “should do’s” that run the risk of being a rock in the stream.

I’m thrilled to share the honest and vulnerable sounds and stories that are coming out. The band is doing the music justice and then some! 🙌🏼 We have some shows in mid-June preceding the recording, so be sure to come and get a sneak peak! More details in my bio.
